Who we are
One company, deliberately broad
Our objects allow us to operate across five connected fields: building and construction, the logistics and transportation of machinery and industrial equipment, energy and infrastructure, import and export general trading, and real estate.
That breadth is not decoration. In Nigeria, projects are delayed at the seams — a foundation waiting on a delivery, a machine waiting on access, a shipment waiting on paperwork. Holding several of those capabilities inside one company means fewer seams, and someone who is accountable when a step is late.
We work as a private company limited by shares, with our registered office in Nigeria, and we deal plainly with clients: a written scope, a stated price, and a schedule we believe in.
